Items purchased from the WEBSITE STORE will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 working days (Malaysia) and 2-4 weeks (international).

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

We have amended our delivery timeframe as below:

• West Malaysia - 3 - 5 business days RM10
• East Malaysia - 7 - 10 business days RM18

DELIVERY

The items will be sent individually upon stock arrival.

Order confirmation & order date will be sent to your email.

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address.

RETURN

Unfortunately, we do not offer any return services at the moment. Once goods are sold, they are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
